Can i Exercise while having chicken pox....???!

Question: I've got a daily routine of exercise, can i do pushups & stuff while having chicken pox. I am just confused about what all i can do and what all i can not do while having chicken pox.

It might seem weired but i am just asking- can i use my personal stuff like my comb, my watch while having chicken pox, Or is it better that i dont.

you shouldnt because your immune system is down so you can just make yourself worse.

Please don't. The sweat from you exercising will make your chicken pox sores itch more.

technically you can, but your body is fighting a virus, and by doing too much takes away from it's ability to fight the virus. You don't want to just lay around and do nothing, just get out and walk around and do some light exercise and stretching untill it's on the decline. you can use your normal stuff, just don't share.

you should quarantine yourself from others while you have chicken pox specially the days from 6 to 11 since that is he time the pocks start healing and the outer skin dries up and
spreads. It is highly contageous.
you may watch the TV but it is streneous since the chicken pocks may be in the eye balls also.

Generally your immune system is at the lowest so take care.

For exercise it is simple NO till the 11th day and after that you can resume normal activities
