whatever u do don't put stuff on without a doctor.
Don't use PROACTIVE or other stuff without seeing a doctor, this doesn't help all skin types. change his pillow case 1 a week. wash hair every night because tyhe oils on his skin caus pimples. also everyone goes through this just some have worse then others. Also i know how guys this age like to wear the same clothing. but make him change his clothing. The more stress he gets the more zits he gets. tell him not to pick at his zits because his hands have oils and it doesn't help anything.
Go to a dermatologist and see about Accutane, it's the only thing that works.
Eat less greasy food and chocolate.
