Current studies just released last week state the Airborne does nothing to help with colds. Zicam is now recommended as soon as you start getting cold symptoms and the beneficial ingredient is Zinc which has been proven to help decrease the symptoms when you have a cold.

There is a big lawsuit about Airborne...it doesn't work! Take time release Vitamin C and eat chicken soup.
