Nose question??!

Question: okay I breath though my mouth and my parents keep saying that I need to breath though my nose.I dont know how too.I blow my nose but nothing comes out and it feels always full of snot and everything but its not.

try taking a nasal decongestant, you may also have allergies or have developed them, so you may want to see your doctor or an allergist.

go to a doc. dont know how? thats ridiculous?! try blowing your nose. even if it doesnt feel full of snot try again, sometimes it realy is.
