Ringworm??!

Question: I have this red ring on my leaft shoulder, kinda close to my neck. Its a little raised and is almost a perfect circle. Its a bit painful to touch and is kinda itchy... could I have ringworm? If not, what is it?

could be i would go to the dr or try some antifungal cream
