Yes, you need to go to a college that learns the beauticians how to get rid of them. It is called red vein trreatment. It consists of the beautician putting in a very tiny hot needle into the red vein (burst vein) and the hot needle dries it up. Usually you need to go back for a few treatments as it takes time to get ride of them, but it does work I know cos I have had it done.
