LOST OF MEDICINESS (( cough&throat drops or liquid :)

and also gargle some salt water mixx salt with water


it helps the throat out big time! i know it's grossbut it help me when i had to singg!!!

Tylenol sore throat really helped me. It is a liquid, and it is soothing.

Cough drops or hard candy can also help with raspiness.
