I dont think this is true she cud have got an infection but her doctor wouldnt have said stop doing it well he would have sa stop doing it for a while.

I think she's yanking your chain. Now it is possible that she really does have an infection, but it's not from performing oral sex. I also can't imagine her telling the doctor what she's been doing that would contribute to the infection.
You didn't tell us ( and probably you don't know as well) what kind of infection she has. Some infections can be transmitted through oral sex and it is not totally safe from STD point of view as it is for saving the virginity etc. Your friend needs to be careful.
