hell no!!! first, ur extremely tired, then ur throat gets very inflamed. u lose ur appetite and u have a constant fever/headache. you pretty much feel like u got hit by a dozen mack trucks. it knocks you out for months at a time and takes three times as long to recover completely. the only treatment is rest and water. pain killers and anti-inflammatories help w/ the throat, which feels like the worst strep throat you ever got, ten-fold. and when u go to the doctor, they check for spleen and liver enlargement. the tell-tale sign of mono is that your glands get very swollen.
