Hmm... Say it's a pimple? I'd dab some carmex or whatever product you have for it on there, smother it all day so at the very least it's moisturized, then go with a darker lipstick (and lighter eyes, easy on the eyeliner on the lower lid) so that the darker coldsore won't stand out. This should help camouflage. And really now, DON'T kiss anyone!

Ive seen those clear round patches that go on your lips to cover the thing up : maybe they have them at the chemist near you.

if you can't get hold on them,
the other things I'd do is put loads of lip seal on it all day long, so it's not as sore by tonight, and hopefully the skin isn't as chapped then put loads of moisturiser on all your face including your lips, then put your foundation on your face including the lips (this should cover it up a bit) next use a lip pen (if you've got one) around the lips, the apply either lip gloss or lipstick which ever looks best, it might be you have to use lipstick to cover it up more (depending how it looks by this time)
