Take anything that has menthol in it. Like Halls drops or Vicks. This will stop the coughing and give your nose a break from running. If you are suffering from allergies, try taking a Claritin.
Go for surgery,in the meantime be drinking hot liquids evry now and then
blow your nose and cover your mouth
I love DayQuil. It helps a lot. Then, before you go to bed, rub Vicks Vapor Rub on your feet, yes your feet, and cover with socks. Do this every night and in a day or so you will feel better.
The coughing is due to what is called post nasal drip, the stuff nose needs to be blown out with a kleenex. Try some Over the counter remedy like 4-Way for a little bit and see if that helps.
Have you tryed Clartin sounds like you may have allergies???
A lot of water helps...it cleans. ^__^
