How come when my headache gets better i can breathe better?!
Question: when ever i work, i work fast food, i get bad headaches and my nose blocks then when my headache goes down it unblocks?

Actually, you have it backwards. Your headache goes away when you can breathe better. In other words, your headaches are being caused by your congestion. Are you allergic to something in that environment? Is the air really "stale" or dusty? Or, do you work the drive-through window, where you'd be breathing in outside allergens? Try taking some over-the-counter allergy/sinus medicine before your shift starts, and see if that helps.
Sounds like you're exposing yourself to some sort of allergy.
