Ok, heers what you do.
Get a cup of warm water, not too hot though. And sprinkle about half a table spoon of salt in it, or you can jsut throw in as much as you want. Mix the salt into the water and gargle with ti each hour until you go to bed. It will take the pain away and help the sore throat heal.

Gargle your throat with salt water (Get a cup and add a teaspoon of salt). Gargle half way then drink the rest. Try to avoid junk food or anything thats hard, eat soft food. Drink tons of water. Try to stay inside and avoid getting even more sick.

Your sore throat could be a whole list of things. The first thing you should do is check and see if you have a fever. If you do, you should go and get swabbed and see if it is strep throat. If it is, you are going to need an antibiotic. The antibiotic should kick in and make it so you won't be contagious by the time you go to Magic Mountain. It might still be a little sore, but there are sore throat treatments that you can pick up at any pharmacy, or drug store, for under $5. Chloroseptic makes a new rapid dissolve strip, that you just place on your tongue and it will numb the pain. Ignoring strep throat would be a big mistake, and it is HIGHLY contagious.
