Website to find current illnesses going around?!

Question: I just got sick with somethin nasty! First time I called into work in 7 months.. but I think it was the 24 hour flu.

Anyway, while I was barfing, I wondered if there was a website where you could go to and see -locally- and updated- what's currently "going around" that's getting people sick?

whatever you got was probably local. search online to see if your local health department has a website if so they may list anything that is going around.
