Yup it's safe but it's not recommended. Popping the pimple could lead to scars and could cause the pimple to get larger. Plus, once you get into the habbit of popping them, you do it all the time, like me, and thats not good. =( Try not to get in the habbit, I know it's hard though.
Of course it's safe. It's not like your face is gonna fall off if you do. It's just not recommended because it'll leave a spot on your face.

ya i pop mine if i get one cuz they look grosse if u dont. i've nvr gotten any scars from it either. its fine. just wash it after i guess... but its most likely not gonna get infected anyways...
your more likely to get a scar from it but it will go away faster. So i guess its up to you which is more important. What I do when I pop one is I put neosporin on it when I go to bed. Ya know that stuff you put on cuts and scrapes. It helps heal it faster then.
