Question: Its hard bump it goes away but comes back every once in a while if i squeeze it orange comes out then blood, and it doesnt shrink when i squeeze it, and hurts if i squeeze it.

If it is only here, where u r shaving... it really looks like razor burn. But you should have things like this looked at by a doctor always.

It just sounds like a zit to be honest! And they can crop up all over the place - I had one on my elbow.
It doesn't look like an std....just get it checked out so you can be worry free..maybe your skin is sensitive to the razor, or some kind of shave cream.
It looks like irritated hair follicles in one picture, then looks like a possible staph infection in the first picture. In this case you should go to the doctor to get it lanced and some antibiotics. If you do not these bumps could spread to other parts of your body.
