Question: So I've tried the minocycline, tricyclone, the "Jan" facial cream, every single kind of acne facial stuff i can think of but nothing seems to work!! Please give me some ideas of what I can do, my current issue is that everytime i shave, i end up having white heads over the area that i shave, so I have 10-20 white heads all over my chin and on the side of my face, what do i do??

Do not pick them, as that will only make it worse. I know from personal experience!You need to clean your face carefully every day! I am 67 and as a teenager my Dr. gave me these directions. follow them it works! Use a clean wash ran and soak it in hot water and place it on your face for a minute or so. This opens your pores where oil and dirt collect. Use a good dermatological soap and rub it onto your face with your hands. Let it soak for a minute! Rinse your face with hot water and then close your pores with a cold water rinse. Pat dry. Do this three of four times a day and you will see results with in a week. Good luck
It sounds like it is hormonal and you prob need to give your skin a break.sometimes messing with it too much makes it worse.My 22 year old daughter has acne and if she drinks alcohol it gets worse the sugar content messes with hormone production even in men.maybe stay off too much sugar and try pure salt water for a little while.heavily diluted though you dont want to trigger off any pain. good luck
