What can it mean if you have fat in your pancreas is it good or not good?!

Question: The pancreas manufactures enzymes which assist digestion.
If fat builds up in the pancreas and blocks the canal through which these enzymes are released into the digestive system, they start eroding the actual wall of the pancreas and enter the bloodstream which can be fatal.
This excess of fat is called hypertriglyceridemia and can cause chronic or acute pancreatitis: various degrees of inflammation of the pancreas. It can occur in pregnant women who therefore should be careful about their food intake and not "eat for two".
Pancreatitis causes abdominal pains and diabetes when chronic, but the pains are particularly severe when this escalates into acute pancreatitis and the walls of the pancreas has been damaged so much that it is literally being eaten away by its own secretions. Acute pancreatitis is often fatal.
The best course of action to avoid pancreatitis is to cut as much fat as possible from one's diet, eat no fried foods or saturated fats.

Not good. Follow your doctor's advice to the letter.

This is not bad unless your pancreas is also damaged or inflammed.
