Cyst removal outpatient?!

I had one cut out of my back, oh, in '90, I think. In and out in like an hour. Well, the quack didn't do too good of a job, so I had it cut out again in, lessee...'94, I think. Ex-army nurse. Christ, I thought she was going to kill me. Stuffed the hole with medicated gauze. I had to go back every day to have the gauze replaced. She'd leave about an inch sticking out so she could grab the end and *zzzzzip* jerk it out like she was starting a lawn mower. No sh*t. That went on for about ten days until the hole was completely gone. Hasn't been back since.
i had 2 removed at the same time. one on my leg & one on my back. it was outpatient at a surgery center, and i got to go home after being in recovery for about an hour or so.
She should go home about an hour or 2 after surgery. I did.
that all depends on if she is still alive afterwords
