The rash appears in batches over the next 2-4 days. It usually starts on the trunk and then spreads to the head, face, arms, and legs.

Do not be surprised if you see blisters in the mouth or the genital areas, because the virus can affect mucous membranes.

Although some people may have only a few blisters, you could see 100-300.

The pimples will progress to red teardrop blisters about 5-10 mm (1/4-1/2 in) wide.

The blisters mature, break open, form a sore, and then crust over.

Most of the blisters will heal within 10-14 days, usually with no scarring unless the blisters become infected.

ur beaking out.. pimples..

you have the chicken pox if ur starting to ich things that look like a little red bump

When my daughter had the chicken pox, it started with a red bump that kind of looked like a pimple. Then a few more popped up. It wasn't a rash or anything just scattered pimples. I don't think a stomachache is a typical symptom, but I could be wrong. She was only 10 months old, so she couldn't tell me what hurt and I can't remember back to when I had them.

Actually chicken pox doesn't appear as a rash. It starts as a small bumps. Like bug bites. And they itch. You will also get a fever at the very beginning. Chicken pox last between 7 days to 2 weeks. Depending on the severity. The rash you have may be an allergic reaction to something. Or it could be a heat rash. Either way I would get checked out by a doctor.

The chicken pox rash begins on the trunk and spreads to the face and extremities. The chicken pox lesion starts as a 2-4 mm red papule which develops an irregular outline (rose petal). A thin-walled, clear vesicle (dew drop) develops on top of the area of redness. This "dew drop on a rose petal" lesion is very characteristic for chicken pox. After about 8-12 hours the fluid in the vesicle gets cloudy . The fluid is highly contagious, but once they crusts over, it is not considered contagious. The crust usually falls off after 7 days sometimes leaving a craterlike scar. Although one lesion goes through this complete cycle in about 7 days, another hallmark of chicken pox is the fact that new lesions crop up every day for several days. Therefore, it may take about a week until new lesions stop appearing and existing lesions crust over. here is a website with pictures....
