Great advice from the other answers same as what I would have said. However, my question is....why are you getting it repeatedly? You need to wash your pillowcases, sheets & blankets (any bedding that touches your face) EVERY DAY in hot water, you need to not use washcloths (just splash your face with water to wash it), you need to wash any of your plates, glasses, utensils in very very hot water each time you use them. Anything that touches your face needs to be washed everyday until the rash is completely cleared up.
If the above doesn't work then you may need to go to the doctor for allergy medication. When I had it severely as a teenager I had to go for allergy shots & medication until it was finally gone.

Calamine lotion,Aveeno oatmeal wash, or better else, make a paste with water and quaker oatmeal and put it on your face for a little while. You'll look freaky but, I promise it dries up the rash.
Take a bath in oatmeal!
