Do i have HIV? What's my risk?!
Question: My ex bf and were making out in the beginning of January, and then a couple weeks after i dumped him, for personal reasons. Now in April and also a couple weeks after we made out i got the flu in January and now i just had a slight cold. Keep in mind i just came back from over seas and then got the cold. Its gone now, but sometimes i stress out just a little too much worrying that i have HIV, but my ex agrued with me that he has been tested and he doesnt have them.
IM just supper scared, but some of my symptoms i have are,
nausia and loosing weight easily, my mom said it could also be cuz we are back in our normal ruiteen and not having take outs every night, like when we were on vacation.
Should i kill myself now or later?

If your worried that you contracted HIV through kissing, that is almost impossible unless both of you had to happen open wounds in your mouth at the time. HIV is passed through blood which is why having protected sex and not sharing needles, etc. is very important. Just becuase you have the flu does not mean you have HIV. The flu is extremely common these days. If your still worried, then you can be proactive and get tested yourself in a couple weeks to calm your nerves. Suicide threats are not necessary. Again, from what you said, I doubt you contracted HIV through kissing. However, there are plenty of people out there who live happy and healthy lives with HIV.
Stop Stressing and overreacting,, drama queen, if you are worried, go get it checked out!! Bet it comes back negative though!
