Well I got your info. Look, use the Xanex sparingly and only take what you need. A have a answer I wrote on a question called called Xanex Versus Valium. Pull it up on my answers and read it.

Lou

That's really not enough information for me to say anything about that regimen, it's not clear to me why those two drugs were prescribed, and although that is a pretty high dose of Xanax, sometimes things like that are necessary....

That could put down a horse!

i hear u cant take more then 7 xanies a day, or ull die

try lowering youre dosage, ive heard of people having bad withdraws from it

Yes I used to take xanax. Thatt stuff works really well but can be addictive. Keep that in mind! Just take the amount prescribed. But again it works pretty well

Youave been prescribed 15mgs for a reason, you should take your meds as they are prescribed. Talk to your worker if you dont feel right.

Are they being prescribed by the same doctors?? If not, please make sure each doctor knows all other meds that you are being prescribed. Also, it can't hurt to ask the doc what he/she knows about these two medications together, ask for any info they can give you. My mother in law almost overdosed because a careless doctor overprescribed her medication. All I'm saying is doctors are only human (and not all knowing) so be cautious.

Isn't your xanax dose total 1.5mg? 0.5 is a low dose. I don't think that is a lot at all.

Methadone is prescribed for physical pain, or as an alternative to individuals who were taking heroin. Methadone treatment is merely substituting one narcotic for another and makes no real sense. It DOES make good nonsense.

Xanax (alprazolam) is an anti-anxiety med in a class of drugs called 'benzodiazepans'. You are on a very low dose and I see no reason for concern.
