Little lumps on my arms? feels disgusting?!
Question: it never used to be there but now its been a year and there are little lumps on my arms that wont go away. they are never itchy and they arent red but they're always there.
what can i do to get rid of them?
are they pimples or not? is it acne?

ok first i need to know what kind of lumps they are.
I have little tiny lumps on the top of my arms, they are kinda like spots but much smaller and dont have puss in them. if they sound like this then read on.
To combat mine i drank LOADS of water, used dove moisturiser and ate plenty of fruit and veg, best thing is, the spots reduced a lot within a few days and i lost a few punds too.

Could be sebaceous cysts(harmless) but see doc.
They could be moles. Are they round? You can always google dermatology images and try to match up your lumps with pictures online to figure it out. They certainly don't sound dangerous to your health. The next time you go to your doctor, ask.
Is it on the backs of your upper arms? There's a name for it, but I forget what it is ... in any case, it's very common, and it's not acne, or even pimples.
It's more like a dry-skin problem, and it's really easy to fix! Just get a body-scrub (Wal*Mart has them for about $3-$4) ... and use it on those bumpy areas in the shower. Don't rub it too hard, just kinda wipe the scrub on and massage it onto wet skin, and then let it rinse off. After your shower, use a moisturizer while your skin is still wet and let your skin air-dry.
If the problem you're describing is what it sounds like to me, the scrub should smooth it out within a few days.
I have had them forever and no they are not pimples or acne. Go to www.dermstore.com look up AmLactin. Also you can use ponds cold cream and vaseline on your arms over night every night and it will help.
The lumps are called Lipomas. They are benign tumours of fat cells in capsules that are harmless. They are common but if possible you should get your serum lipids checked after a 12 hr fast.
They do not cause any harm but if you really do feel the urge to get rid of then you can go to your doc who will probably remove it under local anesthesia.

Check these little lumps with a dermatologist.. They don't sound threatening, but only an expert would be able to tell for sure...
if they're little red/white bumps on the backs of your arms it means you're not eating properly and you need more healthy fat in your diet. you can also try exfolitating with sea salt twice a week to see if that dries them up
