Yes, and believe it or not it is becoming more and more common....! My cousin was a model and he had a very bad phase of binging and purging....
It's less common in guys because they don't have so much pressure on them to keep their "figure".
Yeah, I dated one for quite sometime. Its actually easier for them to hide it under the guise of sports and having to control diet for that reason. I'm pretty certain its more common than people think.
