It's a sty. To treat it, get a hot compress, but not so hot you burn your eye, and let it sit on the sty and over the eye for 20 minutes, twice a day. It's caused by a lash that got in your eye and irritated it, by a piece of "sleep" that got under your lid, by makeup that got in there, etc. Hot compresses, no makeup on there for a bit, etc. It will go away in about 3 days.

it could be a boyle... and boyles van turn into staff infection which is deadly so go o the doctor

It could be a calcium build up. You could see a doctor about it and it can be treated somewhat like a mole and frozen off over a period of time.

Sounds like a sty. They itch, burn, make your eyes water and look terrible. There isn't much you can do about them other than keep your face clean, try not to touch it, and when you dry off your face, make sure to use a clean towel. They usually heal in about a week. There is an over the counter drop or something that is supposed to help. You can find it near the visine and contact products in almost any store.

your eyelid might just be irritated...
i had (maybe) the same thing, but on my bottom lid. make sure you take your make up off every night, especially if you line the rims of your eyes..
there's an eye ointment that you can buy from walmart, its in a small white and yellow foil tube. kind of like bacitracin ointment..and it really helps with the the painful, burning feeling

sounds like a sty,my ex husband would get them and he would have me to take a sewing needle and prick it untill it drained

umm eww to the last post
