Epilepsy question?!

Question: For those of you who suffer from epilepsy....
Have you ever had a seizure whilst drinking alcohol?
Is it more likely the seizure will occur whilst you are drinking, or afterwards, per say the next day when you are hungover?
Do you get an aura before you have a seizure? What is your aura?
Do you suffer with epilepsy because you were born with it, or because of something that happened to you during your life, for instance a blood clot on the brain?
Any other information you can give me on your epilepsy would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

i have had epilepsy since i was 13 i am now 30 i have died 3times the longest i was gone was 5min, i never had a seizure while or after drinking, and i used to be an alcholic, but everyone is not the same the only time i had a seizure is when i stopped taking my medicine, and i cant explain my aura i cant breathe i know that i know when one comes on i can always atleast reach for someone , when i was younger i fell out of a car and had a head injury,i actually had many due to being a rowdy kid, but it did not effect the rest of my life to this point, they gave me a long checklist of what not to have , chocolate, caffene, alcohol...long list but more info go to www.epilepsy.com

An aura is actually a seizure but on a smaller scale of epilepsy and not all epileptics have seizures when drinking or when they are hungover the next morning. What does make an epileptic have a seizure is stress or if they are worried about having a seizure when they go shopping!, guess what?, that's when they will have the seizure and that's mainly because they are stressing about going shopping and what if. Today they are curing alot of epileptics with surgery and its called Temporal lobelectomy and most epileptics who qualify for this procedure end up seizure free.

i had my first seizure while being extremely drunk while i was 16 or 17... i woke up in the hospital.. not knowing what was going on with a pounding headache.. i vaguely remember them asking me if i knew what happened i said no they told me i had a seizure..
all throughout my child hood i would always get this weird feeling that is indescribable i once told my doctor and he told me it was an inner ear problem... i dont even know how to describe it watching a movie of my self maybe looking at myself through a wobbly camcorder.. it always kinda scared me but i dont know why...
since then i have had more than 10 seizures several of which have been while drinking or after drinking...
one time i was in class at my college working on a project and i started feeling an aura and i thought that it would just pass as usual but it didnt... i fell back in my chair and hit my head and passed out i woke up in the ambulance dazed and they asked me what happened... i said i probablly had a seizure....
my seizures seem to come out of no where other than me having that aura my entire life and not knowing what it was...
my mother tells me i talk gibberish random absurditys right after my seizure... talking about the baseball game etc.. even though i dont watch sports.... telling her that i need to go to the store..

My ex used to have grand mal fits a couple of days after a drinking spell. Only sign was a scream.
