What happens if I swallow a BB from an air soft gun??? I need to know!?!

don't worry, they should pass without any harm done. If they are the plastic ones you will be fine, the metal ones shouldn't do any harm as I believe they are made out of zinc but if they are made out of any other metal than zinc or steel I would call poison control just to be sure but don't panic.
A BB is smooth, and should go through and come out when you go poo in a couple of days. It should not hurt you.
Be more careful what you put in your mouth.
I've swallowed more than one over the course of my life, and I'm none the worse for it. If they're the steel ones you're fine, if they're the copper ones (brownish) you'll add a trace of copper to your diet (and it's an essential trace element). Next time keep them out of your mouth.
As long as you don't feel that they are lodged in your throat, I wouldn't worry, this to shall pass.
