Yes...it is over the counter medicine...it is near the Rolaids in the drug store....it relieves excess stomach gas as soon as you chew and swallow it.
My husband uses this all the time...it works wonders....sometimes we will be sitting in church and I can hear his stomach and then he'll take one and it stops within a minute or two...it also helps with gas pain, he says.
Doesn't cost much, either...
It's a chewable tablet that gets rid of bad gas. It probably won't help with tummy rumbling, just farting. Try pepto instead.

If you're bloated / hurting in your stomach/mid chest area then it sounds like gas. Try it out! A lot of ppl really love it.
