What are changes in your skin as you get older?!

Question: How could you prevent them?

Answers: How could you prevent them?

Your skin dries with age. I'm only 21 and my skin has gotten considerably drier since my teenage years. It also looses it's elasticity and will (most likely) start to get wrinkles.

Ways to prevent it at a young age is to use lotions, creams, gels, etc. with to hydrate that have antioxidants in them. This will help with preventing the aging of the skin. Using products that is not irritating is also best. When you get older, a lot of people will use retinol for wrinkles, but that's not necessary for when you're young. Thats more so for 30+ at the least.

Paula's Choice products are amazing to use. They're all filled with antioxidants and are not irritating to the skin. Their beta hydroxy acid is amazing with working with blackhead and acne. I've been using them for over a year now and my skin doesn't have near as many breakouts and irritations as it's had before.

Well, from experience: dryness, loss of tone & elasticity. Using lotions help some and hydration helps also. Really nothing you can do except accept that you are getting old! lOL

It gets thinner and more fragile. It may tear easily. It gets drier and less resilient. Using a good moisturizer and a healthy diet with enough protein and vitamins will help. There are also supplements on the market that are designed to help those with skin issues.
