What are the chances for a collapsed lung to fix itself?!
Question: So after googling the issue to a ridiculous extent I'm pretty sure I have a Simple pneumothorax/collapsed lung. Its definitely not a tension one I believe.
I read that in some cases this does fix itself within 3 days. Its been 1 and a half. What are the chances of this fixing itself? The treatment seems quite.....painful and invasive.

If you had a collapsed lung, I doubt you'd have the ability to type and google. I've never had it but many people are in severe pain and require serious pain meds. On top of that, you'd have a hard time breathing. And, you don't seem to.
If you truly believe that you have a collapsed lung: I advise that you, at least, see a medical doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
