Every once in while, most people get heartburn at some point. This is normal, after a big meal or really spicy or acidic foods. It is not normal for this to happen every day for a month with any type of food. It sounds like reflux, but you may want to get checked for an ulcer. Take a visit to your doc's and describe your symptoms. He or she will probably want to do an endoscopic upper GI series to rule more serious things out. IT's a painless procedure, and you will be put into concious sedation. After that, based on your results, your doc will probably give you some medicine and dietary guidelines so that you can take care of this problem. It does need to be taken care of, because reflux can lead to esophageal erosion, which puts you at higher risk for esophageal cancer. And the medicines we have now are really helpful and have very few side effects for most people.

Sounds like you ate too much last night and got bad heartburn.

Fart it out

sounds like bile .. u dont mess with opiates do ya?

Sounds more like acid reflux or it could be your nerves if you have been under a lot of stress or worry lately.

Acid reflux...go get some OTC acid reducer like Pepcid AC or something similar. The more indirect route would to go to the doctor to make sure it's acid reflux and they will give you a prescription.

its bile coming up and into your mouth.. its called reflux. gross hey?

Yes dear, it could be GERD, or you may be having heartburns. much better that you go see a doctor so you can get medications to decrease the reflux of your gastric juices and to decrease the hyperacidity in your stomach.

I think you need to see a doctor. This is irritating the stomach and the esophagus and could cause severe damage.

you have acid reflex, " heartburn" try taking tums. This happens to me all the time if I eat food with spice or chile, this has been happening since I was 12 years old. Try some apple sider and this will help calm the acid in your stomach. Good luck
