Can eating more frequently jurring the day help lose weight?!

Question: Example:
Say a person eats 2500 over 3 meals a day.
..if that same person was to begin eating 2500 but over 5 smaller meals through out the day, would it help them lose weight?

Would the more times a person eats jurring the day, produce more fat burning hormones?

i eat every couple of hours in the mornings. ill eat a bowl of cereal or something before i walk out the door with my meds and then pack a lunch with a variety of things. sometimes i eat everything i bring and sometimes i dont. i make a sandwich and bring like a cut up apple, pretzels, granola bar, 100 calorie pack things, etc. when im super active at work i eat every two hours. if im not as active one day ill eat the sandwich and something for just my lunchtime. this has helped me lose weight and keep my reading between 100-140 easily. in two months ive lost alot of weight. over 10 pounds now. i still treat myself. sundays i get a small icecream and fridays i treat myself to those ice coffees from mcdonalds and a breakfast sandwich. if i make them treats rather then always getting them its nice lol. i have had this every week and ive still lost weight lol.

what is jurring?....never mind, yes you can lose weight by eating smaller healthier meals each day, because after you eat you can burn off a small meal faster as for the last question ...no

Eating small meals six times a day will help you lose weight rather than eating three big meals a day. But what counts is what you eat. Cut the carbs drastically and use artificial sweetners. You should also cut out candy and sugar. Here is an example I would eat in one day:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of Wheat Puff cereal with 4oz of milk]
1 hard boiled egg
Water to drink
Snack: 1 1/2 grahm crackers w/ 1 TBLS peanutbutter
8oz. Milk
Lunch: 1 slice of bread w/ 4 slices of lean turkey
1 slice of cheese
10 mini carrots
Iced tea w/ sweet 'n low
Snack: Broccoli florets w/ 1 TBLS ranch dip
Dinner: 3 oz. of a lean meat
1/4 cup of a non-starchy veggy
1/4 cup of any food w/ carbs
Iced tea w/ sweet 'n low
Bedtime Snack: 1/4 cup of ice cream w/ no sugar added

Make sure you read the label of all of the foods you buy. What I've found is that all these 'low carb' foods are higher in carbs than the ones that you thought were bad for you. Also, make sure you drink plenty of water and do exercise... whether it's walking after you eat or some kind of cardio (it helps break down the sugars in your body better).
