Wheezing in the chest / Hard to breathe?!

Question: Lately i've been having tightness in my chest (sometimes it's hard to breath).
I've been the to doctor mulitple times because i thought it was something serious and they did an xray of my lungs and also checked to see if it was aasthma (some other tests too) but everything came back negative. He suggested it was anxiety (which i have no idea why it would be because honestly this has been the LEAST stressful year)

anywhoooo....
today i noticed that if i lift my hands and rotate my body left to right repeatedly (kind of like the exercises we did in elementary school =] )
i start to wheeze...and my chest kind of vibrates as if i have been running for miles!
I was curious to know if this is normal.
If i am the only one who has this weezing or should i be concerned?
I don't know if it from lack of exercise and if i always had it...but just noticed it now?!?! =[

ps-
i am also a former smoker and 20 yrs old. i consider myself a healthy person.

you could have crap in your lungs, i had bronchitis a while back and it sorta felt like that

I think going to the doctor and asking !

In my opinion I think you should go to a different doctor (or maybe several) to get more opinions. This is most definitely not normal for someone 20 years old.
