Could this be cancer?!

Question: I have a redish patch on my ankle, it is not really a rash, and not a scar. I have an appointment with a dermotologist, but the earlyest appointment I could get is in 2 months from now. I had it for almost a year, but ti just recently started to itch/burn but not all the time. Also, I just noticed a little tiny red circle on my arm that is just like the patch on my ankle. Any one have any ideas on what it could be?

I showed my regular doctor and she told me to see a derm.as soon as possible.(but the soonest appt. I could get is in June) The mark on my ankle is about the size of an apple, it gets redder when heat is applied, the color and shape is uneven. I had it for a least a year and it never bother me until a few weekd ago.

I don't think that sounds like skin cancer. When looking for skin cancer you should always follow what they call the ABC signs:

The ABC's of skin cancer include any change or development in a mole or skin growth that should prompt you to see a dermatologist. These may include:

A- Asymmetry - You should notice the general look of your moles or growths, for example, if one half of the mole or growth does not match the other half.

B- Border Irregularity - If the edges of the growth are ragged, notched or blurred.

C- Color - The pigmentation of the growth is not uniform. Shades of tan, brown and black are present. Dashes of red, white and blue add to the mottled appearance.

D- Diameter - If the width is greater than 6 millimeters (about the size of a pencil eraser), it could be an indicator of an abnormal skin growth. Generally, any new mole growth should be a concern.

not sure however doesnt sound like cancer ... once again see your dem asap.

It doesn't sound like cancer. As all dermatological cancer types I know do not fit.

Look up bicarbonate of soda on the net. & sign up to few health sites. Just for idea's & what others are saying,. Dont jump into anything
Half a lemon juice in water warm or cold in the morning or before you go to bed will help PH balance.
But WORRY is the very worst ingredient you can inject into this.
Make a project of planning economical meals made from real food can be an interest & a benefit.

Never get fanatical about doing things right or growl at you when you get it wrong. These do more harm than wrong foods.
