How can i tell if i was bitten by a tick?!

Ticks don't just bite they hang one until they can inbed their heads into the skin and feed off the blood. They are usually found in a warm place , most of the time when there is hair and they are very fat and swollen from eating by the time they are found.
You either got bit by something else or it could be a ringworm. I am not totally sure what causes them, my little 8 yr old came home with a small one on her chest last week, a ring worm is just a very red circle with not much swelling and itching varies. Any anti-fungal over the counter medication can cure it.
My daughter is also allergic to most bug bites so she swells up alot from differant things. With the spring here and summer coming remimber to use any kind of bug off stuff as long as it has DEET in it. For safty
you probably got bitten by something else... ticks embed their head into your skin... and won't let go.. usually you have to pull them out with tweezers... so don't worry!!! it may just be an allergy also
