I never knew, the things i was never told about smoking?!
Question: after 32 years of smoking these are the things i new but never made a difference
i knew they were killing me
i knew i smelt of stale tobacco
i knew they cost a fortune
i knew my teeth were stained
i knew my lungs were not working 100%
i knew my ateries were clogged up
AND STILL I SMOKED
i never knew after a few days i would feel calm
i never knew my teeth would become whiter
i never knew my breath would become fresher
i never knew my hair and skin would look great
i never knew i would feel happier
i never knew my sleep would be more contented
i never knew i would love walking and living
WHY CAUSE I WAS SCARED
now im not
how about you xx

What an absolutely fantastic posting, I am a smoker and unfortunately couldnt imagine life without the weed! But this was good! I expected it to be someone who was incredibly naive who has ignored all the blatant warnings that we all choose to ignore.!!! Bravo!
what a great insentive you are, well done! keep up the good work! have a star too xxx
Yeh, i knew
i know more things too
about whats in them
& what they'll do
but i'm hooked too bad
it makes me so mad.
Congrats. NOW you can give me a kiss!!
You have missed something out.Ciggies give out a chemical that makes the tissue behind you skin sag,it slowly eats at the tissue loosening it.This gives a smoker a hangdog look.
yes i know what smoking is like, ismoked for 28 years and i wanted to stop for 27 years, smoking is so addictive it is almost impossible to stop without undergoing torture, stick to the stopping, use nicotine replacement, i did and it worked for me, i havent smoked for 13 and half years, and yes, i can breath better and all the other things you say. and iv got loads more cash.....
no i ' v never smoked, but i have lived and worked around them, and it stinks!!
i know all these things and carried on smoking.but just gave up two weeks ago.
well sounds like your quite chuffed with yourself, well done. i still smoke but have not quit yet as am still fitter and look younger than most non-smokers my age. at least you made me think about quitting again. good luck to you, the novelty soon wears off
