Ok so i had a pimple?!
Question: with the puss on it and i used 2 cotton swabs and pop it the puss came out and so did a little bit of blood, its still there though, i applied the neutrogena soap oil free thing on it and now i put this Vitamin E cream on now, did i do the right thing? will it clear up by tommorow?

You did the right thing, but it will take a little while to clear up :)
even if it's not tomorrow, it will be sooon.
You really just need to be patient
you can never be sure.
No when you pop them they scar for a very very long time. Trust me I have a few scars from popping spots/pimples.
you should let it dry out. not gob on a bunch of greasy stuff. it might get worse.
If you popped it and cleaned out the pore you should be okay. i would use some neuosporin on it just to seal the wound. It will still be a little red but at least it won't be a ball of puss.
Not for a while cause you popped it yourself so it wasn't ready. Best you can do is to not irratate is more.
They say that we shouldn't pop pimples because it does risk infection. I do know however how painful and annoying a "ready to pop pimple" can be. It sounds like you were sanitary about it and your cleaning it and vitamin E is great!! Unfortunately they have to run their course. You can try putting some hydrogen peroxide on it to help speed up the drying process. Hang tough!!
