Obagi Clenziderm. It's the only thing that has ever worked for me, and I've tried a lot of things. You can find it online (I get it at lovelyskin.com), but be prepared, it is pricey (but worth it for me).
you need to make an appointment to see a dermatologist...he or she will put you on a treatment that is specific to the type of acne you have
