Wow... these people are absolutely clueless.
Thumbs down all around.
Acne is a tough problem, and for some reason everyone is more than willing to offer any number of bogus advice.... that usually is completely useless.
There is one prescription medicine that cures acne permanently and effectively: accutane
Accutane is a synthetic drug similar to vitamin A. It is EXTREMELY effective...will give you PERFECT skin within the first month of taking it.
Don't risk the permanent scarring severe acne can cause.... stop it before it gets serious.
I used to have bad acne... now i my skin is what i am complimanted on the most. I tried everything before accutane, from retin A, OTC treatments, and prescription antibiotics. It was all a big waste of time and money... demand that your doctor prescribe accutane before giving you the runaround and prescribing other ineffective options.

i find that all of those acne body washes you buy at the drug store make things a lot worse. the best thing ive ever used is seriously just soap - unscented. if you are this concerned go see a dermatologist, there are lots of creams that they can prescribe to help you out. good luck.

ok, firstly don't panic - stress sets off antisithingys in the skin so that will make it worse. If you are in the UK call the docs & ask them if they could prescribe you Dianette (this was originally used as a contraceptive pill & got discontinued because hubbys were taking it for this very reason.

Good luck x

It's possible it's bacterial. Wash pads in hot soapy water and clorox to kill the germs.
Try putting cornstarch baby powder on your back to help absorb some of the persperation. Try putting some over the counter (found at most wal-marts etc for less than 5 dollars) antibiotic ointment on the sores to see if there is improvement. However, if it is really bad then see a dermatologist because it could be normal acne or it could be a bacterial infection that has gotten into the skin and only antibiotics from a doctor will work. If it's spreading fast this is an indication that it is bacterial. Better to be safe than sorry. Drink lots of water too so that when you sweat you will have enough fluids in your body to get rid of toxins but also so that you won't dehydrate.

Rubbing alcohol is all you need. Dry them out and don't touch them.

Otherwise see a dermatologist.

I hate to say this but it sounds like your problem is beyond even the reach of cortico-steroids. Have you tried changing your diet? If you eat a lot of processed foods or consume any of the drinks that have either corn syrup or aspartame as the sweetener they can cause a nasty acne-like reaction as your body tries to excrete the poisons through the skin.

I agree 100%
