I have a huuuge throat infection and need help.!! Please.!!?!
Question: ok well here is the thing i have a throat infection and has been going on for 3 days and i cant swallow anything.!! Not any liquids not even my saliva..!! It hurts soo much.!! I cant even eat and everytime I swallow saliva i make weird faces because its hurting too much.
Any thing that can help? Besides anti biodics and medicine..i already got that.!!
Oh and if i drink or eat anything cold will it make it worse? Please help thanx.!! =D

I would try drinking some hot tea with honey, because it can make your throat feel better. do you have any other symptoms? i.e. fever, etc. if you do go to the doctor asap
rest and drink a lot of liquids (water, tea) even if it hurts. you don't want to get dehydrated.
you can also try getting some cepacal losengers to suck on, or halls, they will make your throat feel better.
If you still have tonsils..this may be a peri-tonsillar abscess and will require intervention by a Doctor..Have it checked out. Warm Salt water gargles as warm and as salty as you can stand it will help more than anything for a run of the mill sore throat.
Theres this cough drop kind of thing only its for soar throats. Its a little expensive but I had a reaaallly bad throat infection like you have and I took one and it worked really well. Its called Sucrets. It numbs your throat and you'll actually be able to eat and swallow. Good luck!
