I am wondering that the policies are when you go out of country and catch a disease that the USA does not have a cure for and in addition what would happen if it does not exist in the USA? Generally, there are probably no diseases that are cureable and there are no cure in USA, or it could not be produced/transported to USA.
Usually patients with unclear/dangerous infections like SARS, Ebola and similar are put in special high security departaments in hospitals. If there is no known treatment, then they try to reduce/ease the symptoms with hope that you will survive.
Unfortunately you would have to be quarantined or wear a medical face mask, if applicable. If you refuse the mask or quarantine, the authorities can isolate you by force.
