Question: I have had this big ugly mole since birth. It is about a centimeter above my penis.

It is very easy for them to remove them and can basically be painless. I'm not too sure about the cost. Dermatologists vary.

Hi, I had two moles removed in my teens, one on my back and one on my neck. They were relatively inexpensive, only a couple hundred I believe. They use a shot to numb the area and then cut it out. The shot hurts but it is only a second. You can feel them cutting, it just feels like pressure. They will put a few stiches in and that will hurt a bit. Take pain relievers. I actually went to the pool the next day (but didn't get my stitches wet). After a week they took the stitches out which hurt a bit and you will have a scar which will be a little crater, but compared to my ugly mole I was much happier. Hope this helps!
