You are very sick and has infection. Go and have that check up on your doctor as soon as you can coz that might be contagious! You could have TB or something else that can kill you.

throwing up for a week? Now you see blood? Go to the doctor already.
But the blood has to be coming from the upper airway since you are coughing it up and you are probably swollowing some blood so it shows up when you throw up too.
