I don't think it is fair that people are allowed to smoke in public. Second hand smoke is so unfair, you expose people that don't smoke and don't have any reason to be exposed to the many dangerous chemicals in smoke.
I don't smoke. If I did it would be illegal for me to make and sell my own cigarettes. Who runs our Country anyways? The Tobacco and Oil Companies ? Ya, I guess so.
I am glad that the government stepped in and made smoking in public buildings illegal.

Cigarette do not make a person bad, but it does stink. Most cigarette smokers don't think they smell because they have become accustomed to the smoke.
My aunt just died of lung cancer. She quit over 30 years ago, but waiting on tables where people smoked helped place the nails in her coffin.
