Should I worry about these lymph nodes?!

Question: Hey guys, basically, I am a 15 year old male, that as had about 3-4 pea-sized nodes on my neck, I think they are the posterior cervical lymph nodes, I also have 1 or 2 right at the curve of my neck near the collarbone, which I think is the supradavicular nodes. Anyways, I've had these nodes for at least 2 years, and they have not grown, they are also moveable (palpable) and soft-ish. If it is of any help, my grandfather has a sort of lymphona disease I think. These nodes basically stay the same size, and sometimes are a bit firmer in the morning or random times of day I would say, also, I have tried measuring them and they are not bigger then 1 cm.
Anyways, the reason I am asking this is because I've read some conflicting things, and do not really know what to believe. Furthermore, I do not feel any stiffness or pain in my neck and have not had a recent infection. If anyone could answer, it would be much appreciated. I've asked this before, but looking for more opinions, cheers.

Most people do have tiny, but palpable lymph nodes in their neck. When you think about all the material/pollution/chemicals/etc that you breathe in and eat each day, a lot of that filters through lymph nodes of the neck due to gravity. This foreign matter accumulates in the neck area. If the nodes aren't increasing in size, and you aren't noticing other lymphoma symptoms (such as: night sweats, weight loss, fatigue, fevers).

I asked my oncologist friend about this, because I also have pea-sized nodes, and he told me that even allergies and acne can result in palpable lymph nodes in the neck.

But please, if you are worried, don't take internet advice. Ask your doctor the next time you are seen. Especially since you have a family hx.

You should see a doctor who specializes in the clinical symptoms of Lymphoma, that is if it really concerns you that much.
