Over-the-counter Antibiotic cream in UK?!

Question: Preferrably one that can be bought in a pharmacy/chemist?

I have a mad cyst on my face and i cant bear to go outside!!! I've heard topical antibiotics are the way to go in this situation, and so many people have recommended Neosporin, but i'm in the UK and we don't have that here. Anyone know something similar??

Thanks in advance!

Sudocreme? It is an antiseptic healing cream.

If you want to go natural try honey (put a plaster over it overnight to keep it in place) or aloe vera.
