I'm out of puberty, but I still get acne and only in one spot, why is this?!

Question: The acne only forms on the left side of my jaw. Nothing on my face or right jaw, just left side.

Is this because the sun hits this spot when I drive?

I highly doubt it's because of the sun. My guess would be you sleep with that part of your face on your pillow. They oil build up in your sheets is getting bacteria into your pores and causing acne. It's actually quite normal. Wash your sheets at least once a week and see if it gets better.

You may just have oily skin in that particular part of your face. There are alot of reasons that could cause it.

Just wash your face twice a day, preferably right before bed and see what happens.

when sitting at a desk, or table or anything like that, do you rest your chin in your left hand? I used to do this a lot, and got pimples in the area where my hand was. I made a conscious effort to stop and within 2 weeks it cleared up.

well acne isn't only caused by puberty, but that is when its most major. Acne can happen at any time, I've seen 30 year old men with acne.

I dont know if sun really causes acne but i heard that it forms around areas where you swear because of the sweat and stuff. thats why it happens a lot in the face.

It could be because you touch that spot more often. If you lay on it or it comes in contact with a lot of oil or materials, the pores could get clogged. The sun hitting that spot would not cause it.
