What is this let me noe herpes, chapped lips, vitamin defiancies?????!

Question: What is this let me noe herpes, chapped lips, vitamin defiancies!?!?!?!?!?
Ok here's my question please I wanna letchu know now please don't give any stupid answers!. I want to get answers that are logical and not jumping to conclusions!. I have these circles on my lip there not raised if they are then there not noticable that there raised!. There are 2 on my lip one on each side of my lower lip!. I have no idea what they are they don't hurt and they have no texture!. They look like 2 swollen cells there really small and not noticable from a far distance just up close in a mirror when I looking for it!. I don't believe its herpes because they have been for about 3 and a half months almost 4 and they haven't changed sizes or became filled with any liquid so for them being there for so long I can rule out coldsores or blisters!. Plus I kissed a girl a while ago and was tested 2 weeks after we kissed for herpes and it came back negative so, yea I must menton that it can be trauma to my lips because a couple of weeks ago I had really bad burning sensation of my lips can it be because of that!. Well they don't bother me unless I look at it then I jumped to conclusions!.!.!. what should I do can they be fungal infection or something else IDK!?!?!?!? Remember they been the same way for 4 months they haven't changed or anything!?!?!?!?!? What are theyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
They are not cold sores (herpes) because they would have broken open!. There are a lot of things it could be such as tissue inflamation due to the trauma of cold weather or blocked pores!. You need to make and appt!. with your family physician to see exactly what they are especially since they have been there for 4 months!. Just because they haven't changed in that small time period doesn't mean that they need to be ignored!. Just make an appt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go and see a dermatologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's been 4 months, you need a medical evaluation!. See your doctor soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
