Sharp pains in my upper abdomen?!
Question: Sharp pains in my upper abdomen!?
i've had sharp pains in my upper abdomen for about since July 2007, so wen i went to the doctor, i had a blood test and the results were that my liver was altered!. wen i went bak a month later, everything was normal!. after that i still on and off 'cramps' or pains like that!. but on wednesday, i had a really sharp pain at school so my mom brought me home!. she said i was as white or yellow as a paper and i was also shaking and i was sweating but i was cold!. there was also a time wen i could barely breath for lyk 2 mins!. i went to the hospital but i was feeling better after that but it started hurting yesterday so i went to my doctor and took another blood test!. shes going to give me the results this afternoon!. in my stomach at times, it feels lyk theres acid or sumthing!. it feels lyk someone is lighting a match and then it explodes in my stomach!. do u think this could be a disease or sumthin,if so, wat should i do and wat can i do to take care of myself!? thnx for all ur help and GodBlessWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would put money on it that it's your Gall Bladder!. Sounds like gall stones!. These are the signs of gall stone blockage!. You need to go to the emergency room!. There is no way to fix this except surgery!. I know this because I went through the SAME thing!. Jaundice (yellowing of skin) is a sure sign!. Have them to an ultra sound on your gall bladder!. All the gall bladder does is produce the acid to in your stomach!. You can live without it because your stomach produces acid itself!. Again, I'd put money on it!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You describe a disease called pancreatitis!. You have to have an USG and have your abdomen checked!. If so there is only one way to get rid of this sharp pains: surgery!. But there are lots of possibilities that can cause that kind of pain like liver cysts, or echinococus cysts!. Either way this kind of abdominal pains have to be tken seriously!. I thing your doctor made a mistake by making you wait afternoon!. Get back to your doc and say all that I said so maybe thay take good care of you!.
